Olean General Hospital is a 186-bed hospital in Olean, New York. It is an affiliate of Kaleida Healthcare. The hospital and area clinics provide care to a service area with more than 160,000 individuals in southwestern New York and northwestern Pennsylvania.
Life Safety Integrated Systems Installed West-Com’s newest and greatest Novus Connect Nurse Call on floors two, three and four. This project included the following integrations:

- Nurse Call Automation / Centrak RTLS
- VoIP Mobile Phone / Vocera
